Emeritus Professor Dr. Kim-Shyan Fam
Kim-Shyan Fam is affiliated with Szechenyi Istvan University , Harbin University of Commerce, and Romanian American University. He is the Founding Director of MAGScholar, Founding Editor of Asian Journal of Business Research (SCOPUS) and Journal of Halal Service Research. His fields of research and publications include cross-cultural marketing communication, marketing channels, and relationship marketing. Currently he is leading an international research team to explore the importance of business ethics and etiquette on relationship performance across a business lifecycle.

Associate Professor Dr. Hiram Ting
Dr. Hiram Ting is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management, UCSI University Malaysia. Moreover, he is the Chairman of the Sarawak Research Society (SRS) and the Founding Leader of Southeast Asia Research Academy (SEARA). He is also attached to universities abroad, including Ming Chuan University (Taiwan), Polytechnic University of the Philippines (Philippines), Griffith University (Australia), Wakayama University (Japan) and Universitas Islam Bandung (Indonesia). He is currently serving as Editor-in-Chief of Young Consumers and Journal of Responsible Tourism Management, Managing Editor of Asian Journal of Business Research, and an Advisory Board and Editorial Board member of several local and international journals. He has been actively involved in multidisciplinary behavioural research and consultancy projects, covering topics related to generation marketing, consumer behaviour, responsible tourism, hospitality service and management. His papers are published in top tier journals, including International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, European Journal of Marketing, Internet Research, British Food Journal, and Tourism Management. He has served as special issue Guest Editor of more than 20 journals, including British Food Journal, European Business Review and Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research. He is currently serving as a Brand Ambassador for Emerald Publishing in East Asia.
